On-Guard Keeping me Going during the Flu Season

The other day while washing the dishes I thought to myself “I am going to crash”.  It just happens.  I can sense it and by the time I acknowledge it — it is too late.  It is usually several days and more like months of pushing myself and allowing my good behaviors (like drinking enough alkaline water) and taking vitamins to lose out to quick hits like coffee.  So, this last week I know my body has been fighting something.  I just don’t feel 100%, but I have been taking On-Gaurd.  So, what feels like it could lay me up for a few days is keeping a bay.  I don’t feel 100%, but I am still able to get through the day and even get to the gym.
